Course Description
Our Fire Safety courses are suitable for staff training in our training centre in Enfield, North London.
Fire Safety training covers legislation surrounding fire safety, fire prevention strategies, action in the event of a fire and some practical fire fighting skills.
The fire safety legislation, including the Fire Safety Order 2005, requires all employers to carry out fire safety training for staff. All teaching materials are provided by us.
A certificate of attendance is awarded to each candidate. The cost of an individual place on a course at our London training centre is £45
What standards do I need in order to join the course?
You must:
Be able to read and communicate clearly and accurately enough to meet the requirements of the training.
What will I study?
Course content:
1. Introduction to fire safety.
2. Fire precautions and fire prevention.
3. Introduction to legislation.
4. Action upon discovering a fire
5. Action upon hearing an alarm
6. Choosing the correct type of extinguisher to use
7. Fire extinguisher practice session
What equipment will I need
The college will provide all the necessary equipment.

Our Fire Marshal Course is for any person that has been allocated fire safety responsibilities in the prevention of fires and implement fire evacuations should a fire occur.
